Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, Web3, etc.)
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor a team of futurists and technology analysts
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI on emerging tech investments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
