Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen data privacy protocols
- Partner with VCs to evaluate and incubate pre-seed startups in biotech and climate tech
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Author whitepapers on future-proofing infrastructure against climate and geopolitical risks
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation fund allocation for pilot projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and blockchain architectures
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technology trends
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
