Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging tech domains including quantum computing and biometric interfaces
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into customer-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology adoption landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ technological paradigms
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience securing $5M+ in technology innovation budgets
- Presentation experience at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
