Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable strategic initiatives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-gen technologies, assessing feasibility, cost, and impact.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable cloud and on-premise architectures that support high-volume, low-latency operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to ensure Apex Innovations remains ahead of industry disruptors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, software architecture, or product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast industry shifts and align technology investments with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
