Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research initiatives to forecast industry shifts and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into current development pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
