Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor technological trends and regulatory impacts affecting future markets
- Develop KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and technology ecosystem partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
