- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market shifts

- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and startups for technology scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication abilities
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
