Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation culture through technology scouting and competitive analysis
- Manage technology portfolio allocation for 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
