Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with technology incubators and research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
