Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for future technology initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar strategic foresight certification
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M for innovation programs
