- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational DNA

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
