Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech solutions into scalable commercial products
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams in next-generation development methodologies
- Drive innovation through hackathons and experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching successful futuristic products
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic MBA or equivalent technical degree from top-tier institution
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in emerging tech (AWS/Azure AI, Google Quantum, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation
- Experience with agile and lean methodologies for rapid prototyping
