- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of anticipating emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
