You'll collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business objectives while ensuring ethical innovation and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizon
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor technology adoption metrics and ROI for strategic initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Ensure compliance with emerging technology regulations and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tech startup ecosystems
