Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ relevance
- Design strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Translate technical innovations into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to prototype development
- Present future technology insights to executive leadership and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating and implementing future-facing technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) preferred
