- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with market forecasts and societal trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for 2026+ applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for enterprise and consumer markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and adaptation
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving humanity's most pressing challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
