Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for emerging tech
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities
- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
