Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against global tech leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to align tech investments with ROI
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
