Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead research and adoption of emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to align tech initiatives with business goals
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and automation deployment
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget for future technology incubation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership on future technology implications
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
