Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026+ initiatives, including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify competitive advantages and market opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and ROI targets
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business growth objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D projects from ideation to commercialization
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor technical teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading global teams in matrixed organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation management
