- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to access breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to the executive board

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or advanced AI systems
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments (>500 employees)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
