Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across 15+ departments
- Develop KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation impact
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ annual technology innovation budget
- Mentor a team of 8 senior technologists and data scientists
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise technology systems
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certification in TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture framework
- Experience with agile transformation and DevOps methodologies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, journals)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
