Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into existing products
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for innovation scouting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product development with proven foresight
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Track record of launching innovative products or solutions in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CIPM) a plus
