Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 innovators
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging disruptive technologies
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities and business cases
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
- Present findings to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record launching future-facing products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism required
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience scaling agile innovation processes across global organizations
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
