Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product development, or R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving strategic initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in technology management or innovation preferred
