As a key member of our executive strategy team, you'll identify emerging technologies, assess market disruption risks, and develop actionable plans to position InnovateCorp at the forefront of industry innovation. You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives while maintaining a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and technology adoption pathways
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform technology investment decisions
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for technology obsolescence and cybersecurity threats
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into customer-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption success and ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their commercial applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management (e.g., CTO Academy, TOGAF) preferred
- Excellent presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
