- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation

- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investment decisions

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment portfolio management
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight preferred
