Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI ethics, quantum resilience, and climate-positive innovation
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces and autonomous systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with government agencies to shape policy for emerging tech regulation
- Drive $50M+ R&D initiatives in quantum computing and carbon-negative infrastructure
- Mentor teams in exponential thinking and disruptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching globally adopted tech products or policies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Experience scaling teams to 200+ engineers across 3+ continents
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM) and AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
