Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead AI/ML and quantum computing integration initiatives for enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech, neurotech, and climate tech convergence
- Champion sustainable tech adoption across global supply chains
- Design cross-platform ecosystem architectures for metaverse and Web3 integration
- Quantify ROI on emerging tech investments using predictive analytics
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate R&D or tech strategy leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives across multinational organizations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 3-5 year tech strategy implementations
