- Identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech-driven market shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum/sustainable tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in scenario modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation (e.g., CFTE)
