Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation initiatives across AI, quantum, and biotech
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Present tech vision to investors and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs to measure impact of strategic initiatives on business growth
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for ecosystem expansion
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends (quantum, AGI, neurotech) with proven track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep knowledge of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
