Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by analyzing emerging trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technology adoption and market impact
- Author thought leadership content on future tech paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging domains
- Expertise in at least two future-tech verticals (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive experience in scaling technology-driven organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization (patents, products, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing global innovation teams across multiple time zones
