Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business teams on future tech initiatives
- Present executive briefings on competitive intelligence and emerging tech risks/opportunities
- Manage external partnerships with startups, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Define KPIs for innovation projects and track ROI on future technology investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or technology management preferred
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications or conferences
