- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic technology investments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into core business processes
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for proposed initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships for emerging technology solutions
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology strategy effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise organizations
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
