Responsibilities

- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement for future initiatives
- Manage a $15M innovation budget with vendor/partner ecosystem development
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future technology trends
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on emerging technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI, distributed systems, or blockchain
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) or advanced degree in CS/Engineering
- Experience presenting complex tech strategies to non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
