- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum AI and neurotech

- Analyze patent landscapes and academic breakthroughs to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and other innovation powerhouses
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through competitive grant applications and investor pitches
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech publications
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies like Delphi or Horizon Scanning
- Proficiency in Python, R, and TensorFlow for trend analysis and simulation modeling
- Security clearance eligibility for federal research partnerships
