Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends and translating them into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Experience with scenario planning and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Certifications in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
