Responsibilities

- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI on R&D investments
- Manage partnerships with tech startups and academic research centers
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with 3+ in C-suite advisory capacity
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching innovative products with $10M+ impact
- Certified in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMP) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
