Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline for next-generation product features scheduled for release in 2026.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define the vision for the company's digital transformation.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of forward-looking projects.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps for major product launches.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their application in enterprise settings.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Experience leading diverse, high-performance teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
