Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end vision for the company’s technological evolution, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed systems that can handle massive scale.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concepts for bleeding-edge technologies to determine their viability for our core products.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for executives and product teams.
- Security & Compliance: Integrate security-first principles into every layer of the architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and leading the adoption of new technologies within a large organization.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
