Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable systems
- Proven track record leading $10M+ R&D initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier tech journals
- Certified in Quantum Architecture (QA) and Ethical AI (EAI)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
