Qualifications

- 10+ years experience in architecting distributed systems at scale
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/machine learning convergence
- Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and homomorphic encryption
- Track record of shipping production-grade AI/quantum systems
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
