- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Secure patents for novel methodologies in adaptive computing
- Maintain compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on 2026+ technology trends
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural-symbolic systems
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ concurrent users
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., QKD)
- Experience with regulatory foresight in technology policy
- Portfolio of deployed systems with measurable 2026-relevant impact
