Responsibilities

- Design next-gen cybersecurity protocols resistant to quantum decryption threats
- Develop prototypes for sustainable tech solutions in climate and healthcare sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Create technology roadmaps aligned with global regulatory frameworks for 2026
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technology best practices
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, post-quantum cryptography, and distributed systems
- Proven track record architecting AI systems with ethical oversight frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Experience with AWS/Azure quantum cloud services and hardware acceleration
- Strong understanding of global tech regulations (GDPR, CDSA, etc.)
- Certification in Quantum Computing or AI Ethics (preferred)
