Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable breakthrough work
- 5+ years developing production-level AI/ML systems at scale
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI) or equivalent patents
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Deep understanding of neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
