Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Expertise in AI/ML, distributed systems, and human-computer interaction
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE, ACM standards)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling abilities
