Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for emerging markets
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation blueprints to investors and board members securing $50M+ in funding
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact and market disruption success
- Oversee compliance with evolving global tech regulations and ethical AI standards
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies through internal innovation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on product roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CTSP) or equivalent experience
- Published research or patents in future technologies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech teams across international markets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder management
