- Manage innovation incubation projects from concept to MVP
- Establish partnerships with academic and industry research labs
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical technology frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development and prototyping methodologies
