Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present compelling technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global tech ecosystems, patent landscapes, and competitor movements to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateNext as the authority on next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with demonstrated impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies or launching disruptive products
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast technology adoption curves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or managing innovation budgets
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
