Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging tech integration strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Author whitepapers on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and brain-computer interfaces
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing user experiences
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy roundtables
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record translating emerging tech trends into business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or neurotechnology
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
